Born and raised in Long Island NY, I have committed over a decade in outstanding customer service work, ranging from call centers to retail. It didn't take very long for me to develop a true passion for servicing the needs of customers. In 2006, I sought after a change of environment, seeking new challenges leading me to relocate to North Carolina. It was here I gradually learned the value of land, property value, and the many different services Real Estate can provide. I made my first conscious decision in 2012 to leave my 13 year tenure of customer service in call centers and took a leap into real estate. Landing my first job at The Headley Group Realty as an Administrative Assistant for Michael Headley, I worked countless hours learning the ins and outs of Real Estate. Serving as an Administrative Assistant also taught me key tools such as the contract to close process, HUD/REO requirements, and generating CMA’s just to name a few. Taking this knowledge along with my customer service background I knew once I developed a way to put it all together, becoming a Real Estate Agent would be the ideal career. After leaving my home state and five years of hard work, training, and development I achieved my dream career. Now I dedicate myself to helping families across the triad area whether it’s finding the home that best suits their requirements and needs or providing a smooth process when selling their home. Being a mother of three has shown me that where you raise a family is just as important as how you raise them.
