When calling or visiting the office, the smiling face and up beat voice that greets you is our Administrative Assistant Jerniqua Shorter.  Known to everyone as "Jay",  Jerniqua Shorter ,originally from Waterloo, Iowa, moved to North Carolina in 2001.  As the youngest of three,  she has always been creative, outspoken, and hard working.  With her previous experience in Retail Management, becoming an Administrative Assistant in the real estate field was very different.  However, her eagerness to learn and her customer service experience has aided her in adapting to the new environment.  She is looking forward to learning and experiencing everything that The Headley Group and the real estate field in general, has to offer.
