When you call or visit our office, you’ll be greeted by a friendly smile and an upbeat voice—our Office Manager, Jerniqua Shorter. Known to everyone as “Jay,” Jerniqua is originally from Waterloo, Iowa, and has called North Carolina home since 2001.

As the youngest of three, she’s always been creative, outspoken, and hardworking. With a strong background in retail management, Jay brought exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude with her into the real estate world. While the transition was a new challenge, her eagerness to learn and dedication to clients helped her adapt quickly.

Now celebrating over five years with the company, Jay continues to be a welcoming presence and an essential part of our team.
