Garvey was born in Kingston, Jamaica and grew up in Brooklyn, NY before migrating to NC in 1997. He is an Honors Graduate of NC Agricultural & Technical State University with BS in Computer and Electronic Technology. He worked for 17 years in the wireless communications industry as an RF Engineer in Greensboro, NC. HE is a very active member of the Philadelphia Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Burlington NC. His love of God coupled with his engineering work experiences will help him provide a warm, personal, and caring real estate transaction experience.
