My name is Tonya Bullard, I am a mother and grandmother that is active with family life.  My career path has been in a variety of service type jobs from retail store manager, to mortgage service agent at a bank, to my current job of being a licensed insurance broker and most recently  becoming a real estate broker.   In every aspect of my life be it work or home, I believe in helping people. 

I have been involved either directly or indirectly in real estate for many years.  First with the purchase of my first and second homes. Then with the process with my son when his family began the homebuyer process and finally with my daughter when she had her home built.  I was very hands on with each of the transactions listed above and with each encounter I gained more knowledge of the real estate world which ultimately caused me to take  the classes to become a licensed real estate agent.

I  am eager to be an active part of walking new home buyers, sellers or investors in all things real estate.
